We’re showing Homestretch, and collecting new pairs of socks and cereal for young adults currently experiencing homelessness and served by YEAH (Youth Engagement, Advocacy and Housing) in Berkeley.
Please come. Tickets are $20 and there will also be gift cards on sale to benefit YEAH. (No-one will be turned away for lack of funds.)
Co sponsors include East Bay Housing Organizations, Albany Community Foundation, Solano Avenue Association & Stroll, many local churches, and Transition Albany. The Diverse Housing Working Group initiated this event.
If you can come early to help set up and/or help during the event, please contact Allen Cain / Solano Avenue Association 510-527-5358 email@example.com. Thank you!
Please take this opportunity to make a difference in the lives of young people who are housing-challenged.
